You may cancel your reservation at any time before the product ships and receive a full refund to the original payment method by emailing support@bigscreenvr.com. The headset is also eligible for return within 14 days of the delivery date. Custom-made accessories such as the Custom-Fit Cushion and Prescription Lenses are nonrefundable once manufactured. A restocking fee and return shipping fees may apply for heavily used or damaged devices. For further terms and conditions, please read our Hardware Terms of Service.
