Production Update: Improved Holiday Shipping and Fulfillment Schedule

We’re excited to share some good news about shipping timelines for the Bigscreen Beyond, thanks to the tireless efforts of our Los Angeles manufacturing team.

Earlier this month, we announced longer lead times due to a surge in orders we received Black Friday through Cyber Monday. Since then, our factory has increased production capacity, allowing us to ship more headsets earlier than we initially anticipated.

Holiday Shipping Improvements

Our team has been working around the clock to get your orders out the door as quickly as possible. As a result, all orders placed through December 3rd have now shipped, except those requiring prescription lens inserts. We receive new batches of custom-made prescription lenses each week, and customers awaiting orders with inserts from late November or early December should expect their Beyond headset to ship shortly.

We know how much many of you were hoping to have your Bigscreen Beyond in hand by Christmas. While new orders made will ship in approximately 6 weeks, we are pushing hard to keep fulfillment moving swiftly for orders we received through early December so they can arrive sooner than previously anticipated.

What This Means Going Forward

Orders Placed Before December 3rd: Nearly all have shipped, with the only exceptions being those awaiting prescription lens inserts. These will follow as soon as we receive and validate the lenses.

December Orders: We are actively working to ship these as quickly as possible. Although our previous estimate for December orders was 6-10 weeks, our increased production capacity means that we’ve already begun to reduce lead times. While we can’t make absolute promises for every order before the holiday, know that our team is doing everything it can to get your headset into your hands as soon as possible.

New Orders: At this time, new orders for Bigscreen Beyond are still expected to ship in about 6 weeks. This timeframe ensures we can maintain our high standards of quality while delivering a custom-fitted VR headset that meets your expectations.

As always, each Bigscreen Beyond headset is tailor-made for you, relying on your 3D face scan and undergoing stringent quality checks. Our manufacturing process ensures a precise, comfortable fit that’s worth the wait. The demand for custom prescription lens inserts remains high, and these still take longer to produce. We appreciate your patience, especially during this busy season, and we’re confident you’ll be impressed by the end result.

Our headset production constraints have not impacted the Bigscreen Beyond Audio Strap in December. If you're considering a holiday upgrade for your Beyond, it's still available with approximately one-week turnaround times for new orders.
