This warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance-related failures. It does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues resulting from misuse — in other words, anything not caused by a fault in the product itself.

If something goes wrong due to a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered. Shipping is free both ways — even from Europe to our dedicated repair team in Los Angeles. You won’t have to deal with surprise costs.
Despite the distance, shipping is fast, and most warranty repairs are resolved within a few days to a couple of weeks after your headset arrives at our facility. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Face Scan Privacy: GDPR Compliant
If you choose to order the Custom Face Cushion, a 3D Face Scan using an iPhone is required. We use the 3D Face Scan to create a cushion that is perfectly molded to the shape of your face for ultimate comfort and total immersion. This is not necessary if you opt for the Halo Mount with the Universal-Fit Face Cushion instead. The scan contains biometric data and we treat it with the utmost care.

Fully Refundable Pre-Orders
If you placed a pre-order, your deposit was 100% refundable. Cancel anytime before you headset ships and get a full refund, no questions asked.
Prescription lens inserts are non-refundable once they begin manufacturing, since they’re made specifically to your vision prescription.
Once you've received your order, returns are still possible within 14 days. There is no restocking fee, just pay the return shipping cost. However, the Custom Face Cushion — a made‑to‑order accessory cut and shaped from your 3D scan - can’t be returned.
Why Do Prices Vary Between Countries?
You might notice that Bigscreen Beyond 2 costs a bit more or less depending on where you’re ordering from. Here’s why:
- Local Taxes: EU prices include VAT.
- Shipping Distance: We ship from Los Angeles — sending a package to Berlin isn’t the same as shipping to Sydney.
- Regulatory Compliance: Different countries require different packaging, labeling, or certifications.
- Currency & Payment Processing: Local banking and exchange fees can shift pricing slightly.
We don’t inflate prices just because you live in a different part of the world. Regional differences reflect actual costs — nothing more.
