For those living in Japan, are you interested in trying Bigscreen Beyond before placing an order online? Or, are you interested in meeting up with other Bigscreen Beyond users? We are pleased to announce Bigscreen is hosting a community event on April 20, 2024 (Saturday) in Tokyo, Japan.

Community Demo Details

Date: April 20, 2024 (Sat) 2pm - 5pm in JST

Location: SOIL Nihonbashi (Coworking space) at Tokyo, Chuo City, Nihonbashikobunacho, 14-7

Admission Fee: Register for a free ticket.

  • To try a demo of the Bigscreen Beyond at the event, please purchase your "Custom Face Cushion" in advance and scan your face before 3:59pm on April 12 (Fri) in JST (11:59pm PST on April 11), so that we can create your face cushion and provide you the best VR experience in the world at the event. Please note that we will not have prescription lenses during this demo. If you need corrective vision to see in VR at 1 meter focal distance, please wear contact lenses. If you purchase a Custom Face Cushion for this event, we will refund it if you decide to buy a Bigscreen Beyond after the event!

  • If you have purchased a Beyond (thank you!) and want to try Beyond with a different IPD, please bring your own Beyond face cushion.

  • If you want us to troubleshoot your Beyond at the event, please bring your own Beyond headset so that we can investigate the root cause.

  • If you created your unique head straps for Beyond, please bring it to the event! We will have one table for customers to showcase their headstraps.

  • If you already have a Beyond and want to meet our CEO, Darshan Shankar, and other Beyond users in person, please come and join us!

We're also excited to announce a variety of merchandise such as t-shirts are now available for purchase in Japan. We hope to see you in Tokyo, Japan on April 20!

突然ですが、4月20日（土）に東京でBigscreen Beyondの体験会を開催します！購入検討中の方、ぜひ世界最小クラスのPCVR HMD「Bigscreen Beyond」を体験しに来てください。すでにBeyondを持っている方のご参加もお待ちしております！

"JAPAN BEYOND DEMO" イベント概要

日時：2024年 4月20日（土）午後２時～５時

場所：コワーキングスペース「SOIL Nihonbashi 」
東京都中央区⽇本橋⼩⾈町14-7

参加費：無料（事前参加登録が必要です）

イベントの内容：

IPD調節可能なBigscreen Beyondで体験デモを行います。

  • Beyond購入を検討中の方：事前に「カスタムフェイスクッション」を公式ストアから購入し、顔スキャンを4月12日（金）の午後4時までに終わらせてください。ロスアンゼルスの工場でフェイスクッションを製造し、「最高のVR体験をBeyondでお届けする！」と意気込むBigscreenの社長が、イベントに持参します。（フェイスクッションは有料ですが、イベント後にBeyondを購入すると、フェイスクッションの購入費用は全額返金されます）

  • Beyondをお持ちの方①：「Beyondが届いたけどIPDが合っていない気がする…他のIPDも試してみたい！」という方は、お手持ちのフェイスクッションをイベントにご持参ください。

  • Beyondをお持ちの方②：機材の不調がある方は、Beyond一式を会場にお持ち頂ければ、その場で不具合を診断します。（その場ですぐに解決しない可能性もありますので、予めご了承ください）

  • Beyondをお持ちの方③：ヘッドストラップを自作された方、ぜひイベントにお持ちください！展示用のテーブルをご用意します。

  • Beyondをお持ちの方④：Bigscreenの社長に挨拶したい！（※スタッフが簡単な通訳はサポートします）、他のBeyondユーザーと交流したい！という方も、ぜひご参加ください。軽食をご用意する予定です。
